Gluten Intolerance Group Wants NFCA's Amber Designation Ditched - There has been much uproar in the gluten-free community regarding the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) issuing an Amber Designation to Domino's "gluten-free" Pizza.  The Gluten Intolerance Group of North America (GIG) would like to see this designation removed.  Learn more here
