Fruit Salad Topped With Greek Yogurt and Nuts

Meal Good for the Body & Soul. This is probably the most important meal of the day! Why? Breakfast is your main source of energy to kick start your day. It will provide the nutrition your body needs to carry out the daily activities. Sometimes we tend to make poor food choices or decide to skip breakfast altogether. When thinking about skipping or eating bacon, sausage and eggs, eat this instead.

This recipe is: Corn-Free, Egg-Free, Gluten-Free, Nut-Free, Rice-Free, Vegetarian

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cubed cantaloupe, honeydew, or watermelon
  • 1 (5.3 oz) container Voskos Greek honey yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds

 


Directions
  1. Place cubed fruit in a bowl. Top with Greek yogurt and pepitas.
