These gluten free nacho crackers made with Simple Mills Fine Ground Sea Salt Almond Flour Crackers are a fun take on one of my favorite snacks.
INGREDIENTS
- Simple Mills Fine Ground Sea Salt Almond Flour Crackers
- Shredded cheese (I like a mixture of cheddar, mozzarella and Monterey jack)
- Black beans, rinsed
- Avocado, cubed
- Cilantro, chopped finely
- Radishes, sliced thinly
- Salsa
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Lay Simple Mills Fine Ground Sea Salt Almond Flour Crackers out evenly on a baking sheet
- Sprinkle with cheese and black beans
- Bake in the oven for about 5-10 minutes, until cheese is melted
- Remove from oven and top with avocado cubes, cilantro, salsa and radish slices
- Serve warm!
