Gluten Free Nacho Crackers

These gluten free nacho crackers made with Simple Mills Fine Ground Sea Salt Almond Flour Crackers are a fun take on one of my favorite snacks.
INGREDIENTS
  • Simple Mills Fine Ground Sea Salt Almond Flour Crackers
  • Shredded cheese (I like a mixture of cheddar, mozzarella and Monterey jack)
  • Black beans, rinsed
  • Avocado, cubed
  • Cilantro, chopped finely
  • Radishes, sliced thinly
  • Salsa
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Lay Simple Mills Fine Ground Sea Salt Almond Flour Crackers out evenly on a baking sheet
  3. Sprinkle with cheese and black beans
  4. Bake in the oven for about 5-10 minutes, until cheese is melted
  5. Remove from oven and top with avocado cubes, cilantro, salsa and radish slices
  6. Serve warm!
