Ingredients
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
? teaspoon black pepper
? teaspoon onion powder
? teaspoon garlic powder
2 pounds flank steak
1 cup salsa
1 yellow onion, peeled and chopped
2 green bell peppers, chopped?in strips
1 orange bell pepper, chopped?in strips
1 red bell pepper, chopped in strips
Zest of 1 orange
Juice of 1 orange
Zest of 1 lime
Juice of 1 lime
Corn tortillas
Directions:
1. Mix together chili powder, cumin, salt,?black pepper, onion powder and garlic?powder in a bowl and set aside. Rub the?spice blend all over flank steak and place
flank in slow cooker.
2. Cover the steak with the salsa, onions?and bell peppers. Add orange and lime?zest and juice over mixture. Turn heat on?low and cook for 8 hours.
3. When cooked remove meat from slow?cooker and shred with a fork. Serve with?corn tortilla and toppings?of your liking.
